| GLOVERSVILLE, NY — January 16, 2002 — At the 2002 London International Boat Show, Taylor Made Systems unveiled a new series of shaped boat windshields with Euro-style stainless steel trim.
The new Monaco-series windshields feature a stainless steel frame with broad-gauge rounded top trim. The frame is made with marine-grade corrosion-resistant 316L stainless, using state-of-the-art stretch forming and bending of steel sections to produce wrinkle-free frame quality. The #8 finish is hand-polished for a mirror-like appearance. Designed primarily for express cruisers 27 ft. (8 m) and up, the Monaco windshield systems are offered in a variety of sizes and configurations to meet the specific requirements of boatbuilders. The windshields are made with Taylor Made's exclusive Clear CurveĻ tempered safety glass.
