| Gloversville, NY — December 13, 2005 — Taylor Made Systems has launched a new product line of marine hatches under the Ultra III brand name.
The new Ultra III hatches replace the existing Ultra II products, and will be available for shipment after the first of the year. Available in a wide range of square, rectangular and round configurations, the Ultra III hatches have a sleeker contoured appearance. The fully welded aluminum frames are made with 6063 alloy, finished with weather-resistant polyester powder coating for protection. The top is fully tempered gray safety glass, offering superior scratch resistance and clarity. The hinges are integrated into the frame on square and rectangular hatches, leaving no exposed hinge surface. The Ultra III hatches incorporate totally new patent-pending quick-cam riser arms that permit one-finger positive locking, an ergonomic handle and locking mechanism and an improved frame and water-dam design to ensure a good gasket seal.
