| GLOVERSVILLE, NY — October XX, 2003 — At IBEX 2003, Taylor Made Systems is unveiling a new family of tempered glass windshields designed specifically for smaller fish and ski boats.
The new Taylor Made "Select System" windshields incorporate a number of new features, including a redesigned extrusion frame with patented canvas and door hinge mounting, and an improved sealing process. They are made with state-of-the-art Taylor Made tempered safety glass, and are available in either anodized or polyester powder coat frames with a sparkling silver finish. "The Select System is the result of a six-month engineering program at Taylor Made Systems, in which we set out to develop a lower-priced windshield for boats in the 16 - 21 ft. range," said Mike Oathout, vice president, sales and marketing. "We have established new manufacturing processes and invested in state-of-the-art bending equipment to bring these new windshields to market at a competitive price." "We realize that our boatbuilding customers are facing a tough marketplace, and we believe this new windshield program will help them stay competitive," added Oathout.
