TAYLOR MADE SYSTEMS DEBUTS FILM TRANSFER
PROCESS FOR MARINE GLASS SYSTEMS AT IBEX

GLOVERSVILLE, NY — February 1, 2003 — Taylor Made Systems today announced an agreement with Jim Palmer Associates, Liverpool, N.Y., for exclusive use of the company's film transfer technology on marine windshields and other related products.

"This unique technology makes it possible to transfer decorative coatings permanently onto virtually any surface," said Mike Oathout, vice president, sales and marketing. "Now we can apply virtually any two- or three-dimensional pattern onto our products."

"This process gives us unlimited flexibility in supplying products to blend with each boat's unique design and decoration," he added.

Taylor Made Systems will showcase two new products featuring film-transfer surfaces at IBEX 2003 - a stainless steel hybrid windshield and patented privacy hatch, both of which have been given a carbon fiber appearance.

Oathout said, "Film transfer technology has been used for a wide range of applications in the past, such as applying wood-grain finish to dashboards and other parts. This is the first time, however, that it has been used to apply patterns to marine windshields, hatches, portlights and doorways."
