The only marine canvas manufacturer with close to a century’s tradition of quality construction. CAD models and drawings assure the best quality patterns for that “custom shop” fit and appearance. Our sewers average over fifteen years of experience, which guarantees you the attention to detail in construction and highest quality sewing possible. The proven and time-tested technique of fell seaming reduces any chance of leaking or ripped seams. One stitch on top and one stitch on the bottom of our seam work increases strength and water resistance. All our acrylic designs have either binding or serge seams to eliminate troublesome fraying on exposed edges. State-of-the-art dielectric heat sealers are used on vinyl applications where the threat of leakage is highest. We insist on using only the very best solution dyed polyester thread with UV inhibitors to maximize the life of our products and prevent color transfer. Stitches per inch (SPI) are closely maintained to assure seam strength, water resistance and appearance. Every piece of manufactured canvas undergoes a 100% inspection process and is personally “signed off” by each quality inspector before shipment. |
