All our acrylic designs have either binding or serge seams to eliminate troublesome fraying on exposed edges.

State-of-the-art dielectric heat sealers are used on vinyl applications where the threat of leakage is highest.

We insist on using only the very best solution dyed polyester thread with UV inhibitors to maximize the life of our products and prevent color transfer. Stitches per inch (SPI) are closely maintained to assure seam strength, water resistance and appearance.

Every piece of manufactured canvas undergoes a 100% inspection process and is personally “signed off” by each quality inspector before shipment.
